Returns Policy
- Returns
We have created this policy to enable you to return myPOS products to us in appropriate circumstances.
You can return myPOS products purchased within 30 days from the date of purchase and if the following conditions are met:
- the products are complete as new and are unused with the original packaging and in an undamaged condition, with any labels still attached and, in a condition, enabling us to sell the product as new;
- each item must be returned in the same condition in which you received it. This means that items must be returned new, unused and complete;
- you received a wrong item; or
- you received a damaged item; or
- you received a defective item; or
- you have failed the application process; or
- You are based in the UK; and
- none of the exclusions set out at Clause 4 below apply.
Please note that this return policy doesn’t affect your statutory rights and therefore doesn’t affect your right of cancellation if you qualify as a consumer and have bought a product online or out of the store (distance sale) as a consumer.
- Returns Procedure
In order to take advantage of your rights under this policy, you must contact us to obtain a return authorisation number, and then send the product to us with a covering note quoting that number.

The product(s) will be inspected by our team to see if it complies with our returns criteria referred to at Clause 1 above.
You will be responsible for paying postage costs associated with returns under this policy.
- Refund
In cases where the conditions for the returns in Clause 1 above are satisfied, we will issue a refund of the amount that you paid for the product as stated on the invoice.
We will not refund to you any costs you incur in returning the product to us.
We will refund any money received from you using the same payment method or onto the same bank card originally used by you to pay for your purchase.
We will process any refund due to you as soon as possible and, in any event, within 30 days following the day we receive your returned product.
Note: Once a refund has been issued, it may take 5-7 business days for it to appear on your payment card or bank statement (“Your Account”).
We may determine upon our discretion that a refund can be issued without a return. In this case we will notify you via e-mail.
If your refund doesn’t appear in Your Account, and the processing time for your payment method has passed, please contact us for further assistance.
- Exclusions
The following types of product may not be returned under this policy:
(a) any product made to your specification;
(b) any product made to order;
(c) any product personalised or adapted for you; or
(d) gift vouchers.
- Improper Returns
If you return a product in contravention of this policy, you do not have any other legal right to a refund or exchange in respect of that product:
(a) we will not refund the purchase price or exchange the product;
(b) we may retain the returned product until you pay to us such additional amount as we may charge for re-delivery of the returned product; and
(c) if we do not receive payment of such additional amount within 14 days of issuing a request for payment, we may destroy or otherwise dispose of the returned product in our sole discretion without any liability to you.
- Where to Return myPOS Products
In cases where the conditions for the returns in Clause 1 above are satisfied, you should return the products to the following address only. Failing to send the product(s) to the correct address will invalidate your refund:
